The Pilgrim Society which supports the Pilgrim Hall Museum brings together those who wish to explore the world of the Pilgrims and Plymouth history.
In addition there are societies in the US that bring together the descendents of some of the 26 family groups of the original Pilgrims and celebrate their specific heritage.
Alden Kindred of America The descendents society of John and Priscilla Alden who cam from Harwich in Essex. Also provides information about the Alden House Historic Site.
Bartlett Society Society of Descendants of Robert Bartlett and Mary Warren who was the daughter of Richard Warren, a merchant from London.
William Bradford Web Site Honoring the life of William Bradford (1590-1657) , the long serving Governor of the Plimoth Colony who came from Austerfield in South Yorkshire. His writings and the development of the government of the Plimoth Colony are well documented
William Brewster Society Describing the life, and descendents, of William Brewster (1567 1644) who was the church elder in the Plimoth Colony and came from Scrooby in North Nottinghamshire. There are extensive records about William Brewster in the Pilgrim Hall Museum
Francis Cooke Society formed in 2003, to perpetuate the memory of the the Mayflower passenger Francis Cooke (1583 1653) a wool comber who came from Blyth in North Nottinghamshire.
Edward Doty Society Formed to perpetuate the memory of Edward Doty, a passenger on the Mayflower in 1620 and servant to Stephen Hopkins.
The John Howland Society - formed in 2003, to perpetuate the memory of the the Mayflower passenger John Howland (1599 1672) who was servant to John Carver, the first Governor of the Plimoth Colony. He came from Fenstanton in Huntingdon.

Myles Standish Society The society is dedicated to preserving and perpetuating the Standish genealogy and history. Captain Myles Standish, one of the first people to step onto Plymouth Rock in 1620, was born between 1583 and 1586 in either Lancashire or Ellenbane, Isle of Man. He died in 1656.
