All who are interested in helping the Association achieve its aims and objectives, and have a contribution to make, are welcome at the meetings of the Management Group which are held every other month, commencing in January.

The Chair of the Association is independent of all these organisations.
Management Group meetings are usually held at 10.30 am on the 2nd Thursday of January, March, May, July, September and November at Scrooby Village Hall which is opposite the church. New members, who have a contribution to make, are welcome and should contract the Chair of the Association, initially, for agenda details.
An Annual General Meeting of the Association is held before the a Management Group meeting each year. The Chairman's Review for the period to 31st March 2014 showed that significant progress in meeting the objectives has been achieved over the six year period.
